In addition the materials of our classroom and art studio, our curriculum includes spanish, music, yoga, gardening, cooking and baking, and an emphasis on exploring the natural world. We strive to encourage children to express themselves and develop skills of peaceful collaboration with others.

The Natural Classroom
Bathed in light from our large south facing windows, our indoor classroom is a place of constantly changing explorations and discoveries.
Children delight in the joys of imaginative play, develop their understanding of the world around them through inquiry and exploration, and learn to care for themselves and each other as we develop a sense of community.
Families are always welcome to join us and share your experiences as we constuct knowledge together.

The Art Studio
Our Art Studio is one of he most beloved rooms in the house! Children are encouraged to use the "Hundred Languages of Children" to explore their own feelings and to help them construct knowledge about the world around them.
Projects, both collaborative and individual, are arrived at organically, by following the interests and inquiries of the children.
A vast array of mediums and materials are available to the children allowing projects to transform and evolve as children's understanding grows.
