Leneh Wingard has been working with young children for over two decades.  Prior to starting Nature and Nurture she ran a Montessori School, a Head Start Preschool, and a Nature Adventure Camp for Kids. 

 

She holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Education from The Audubon Expedition Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Education from The Evergreen State College, as well as holding a Level 4 (Master's Level) Colorado Early Childhood Development Credential. She also holds a Colorado Early Childhood Director's Qualification.

 

Leneh and her husband Nelson have lived in Steamboat Springs for almost 18 years.  They have two daughters ages fourteen and eleven.  She enjoys singing, reading, playing the piano, skiing, gardening, and cooking.
